About Me

As a lifelong athlete I was health conscious, but not healthy.  Having played 30 years of sports including 4 collegiately and 10 years professionally, I thought I was doing all the right things for my health. Turns out everything we were taught was wrong and based on false data. After I retired from football I gained 10 lbs and was the most unhealthy of my life. My eating, activity, and daily habits did, contributing to poor health. Since that time I learned the principles of Ancestral Health and biohacking as well as a nourishing food choices, stress reduction, self care practices and a whole lotta self love.

Going back a bit, I graduated from UMass Lowell with a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts with a Concentration in Graphic Design, also minoring in Art History. I now have nearly 30 years experience in Web Development and Administration. I am a New Hampshire native and avid athlete participating in many various activities including hiking, golf, and snowshoeing.

Now I love Biohacking!  A life of athletics has taken a toll in my body, and I now use biohacking tools as well as the primal lifestyle to continue to heal, grow and thrive.

As a former professional athlete and now member of the NFL alumni, my professional sports background deeply influences my approach to health coaching and biohacking. This unique perspective allows me to apply the high-performance habits and resilience developed on the field to innovative wellness strategies, helping clients achieve their health goals through a blend of elite athletic insights and cutting-edge scientific advancements.
